A Manuel styring af et bryggeri, Enkelt betjeningspanel med basiskontrol og sensorelementer. Manuelt justerede rørledningsruter, bryggerens brydning af motorer og pumper, temperatur og tid.
I. MC - manuel kontrol - manuelt styret bryggeri, simpelt trykknap kontrolpanel med grundlæggende kontrol- og måleelementer:

- Kedeltemperaturen - display, kontrol - trin justerbar (den forudindstillede temperatur starter bryghusopvarmning, hvis temperaturen, der registreres ved arbejde, er lavere end den indstillede)
- Vortemperatur efter varmeveksleren - display

- Vandpåfyldningstemperatur i mixeren - displaytermometer, blanding af varmt og koldt vand behandlet med manuelle ventiler med mixer
- Vandetemperaturen i varmtvandsbeholderen (kedel)
- Vandetemperaturen i isvandsbeholderen
- Temperaturen af vandet / dampen i kondensatoren til senkondampen (pegetermometeret)
- Niveau i varmtvandsbeholderen (ydre glasrørmålere)
- Niveauet i isvandsbeholderen (yderglasmålerens mål)
- Niveauet i boblebadet (ydre glasrørmåler)
- Haze af værker, urt, frisk urt - gennem briller
- Den kumulative strøm af påfyldningsvand - mekanisk flowmåler med visning af flydende vand
Automatisk styret:
- Opvarmning af glykolvarmeren afhængigt af kedel og kedelens temperatur (brygghusets kontrolpanel):

- Overvågningstider - ”køkken” ur med en klokke (det tænder eller slukker ikke noget)

Manuel (trinvis) styresystem til gæring og modningsproces
Temperaturer i alle gæringstanke, modningstanke, serveringsbeholdere, udkast til øltanke, gæreopbevaringstanke mv. Styres ved hjælp af de enkle PLC temperaturregulatorer. Breweren indstiller manuelt den ønskede temperatur i hver tank på den digitale temperaturregulator. PLC regulatoren køler automatisk ned tankene til den ønskede temperatur og holder temperaturen stadig til næste krav for at ændre det.
Vi tilbyder to systemer til manuel temperaturstyring i tanke:
1. Direkte tank temperatur kontrol system
De lokale PLC temperaturregulatorer er placeret på hver tank. Tanker med mere end enkelt kølezone har flere PLC regulatorer.
