TO1 - disco de llenado-drenaje del tanque
TO1 - El disco de llenado y drenaje del tanque (Accesorio combinado inferior de entrada / salida) es un accesorio en expansión de los tanques cilíndricos cónicos modulares CCT-M. Este accesorio incluye dos tubos con gargantas TriClamp DN25-DN50 de acuerdo al volumen del tanque, que están soldadas al disco, montadas en la parte inferior del cuello roscado del Tanque básico:
- Tubería de producto: está destinada a llenar y vaciar el tanque con producto puro que se extrae sobre la superficie de la levadura dentro del tanque. La longitud de la tubería se puede ajustar según el nivel de levadura en el tanque. Producimos accesorios TO11 en dos variantes: equipados con tubería de producto fija o variable.
- Tubo de drenaje: este tubo está soldado en la parte inferior del accesorio TO1, se usa para drenar todo el contenido del tanque (lodo) o para drenar la levadura usada del fondo del tanque para su uso posterior.
El accesorio TO1 se monta en un tanque básico en la parte inferior del conector roscado Dairy Coupler DN125 - DN150. Opcionalmente podemos entregar el tanque básico y el racor TO1 equipado con TriClamp DN125, DN150 o DN200.

Puede elegir entre dos tipos de discos de llenado-drenaje TO1: con tubería de entrada / salida fija para bebidas (no segmentada) o con tubería de entrada / salida para bebidas variable (segmentada).
Fijar el disco de llenado y drenaje de fondo TO1FIX - la tubería para el llenado y el drenaje del producto puro tiene una longitud fija. El cliente puede personalizar la longitud de la tubería (para cortarla más corta) según sea necesario, de acuerdo con la altura esperada del nivel de levadura en el tanque. Disco de llenado y drenaje de fondo variable TO1VAR - La tubería de llenado y drenaje de producto puro tiene una longitud variable porque está segmentada. El cliente puede personalizar la longitud de la tubería sin cortar solo agregando segmentos al disco, de acuerdo con la altura real del nivel de levadura en el tanque. Accesorio estándar del juego B2. Accesorio opcional de los conjuntos A1, A2, A3, B1.
Al seleccionar el número de segmentos de producto, las tuberías pueden utilizarse de manera óptima la capacidad máxima del producto en función de la cantidad actual de levadura en el tanque. Esto reduce la pérdida de bebidas que se producen en otros tanques con conceptos convencionales (porque nunca es posible colocar una bebida debajo de la garganta superior de la tubería del producto).
