Generador de nitrógeno: gas de empuje inerte para cerveza casi gratis

Generadores de nitrógeno para fábricas de cervezaLa necesidad de independencia de los proveedores de gases industriales lleva a buscar soluciones distintas a las tradicionales. Las pequeñas cervecerías deben comprar dióxido de carbono del gas de empuje a los vendedores, lo que aumenta el costo de elaboración de la cerveza. Las grandes cervecerías recogen el dióxido de carbono producido durante la fermentación primaria como producto de desecho de la cerveza en tanques cilíndricos-cónicos.

For small breweries the technology to capture CO2  would be too expensive. But not on the production of nitrogen. Everyone can make their own push gas nitrogen in the microbrewery with minimal cost, using the nitrogen generator.

El uso de nitrógeno en las cervecerías

Nitrogen is used in breweries for pushing beer, either pure (when extrude suddenly the entire contents of the container), or as a mixture with CO2 under the name BIOGON (when extrude beer from the vessel gradually over a longer period – beer stored in bright beer tanks).

El contacto prolongado de la cerveza con el nitrógeno provoca una disminución del contenido de CO2 en la cerveza: la cerveza se vuelve insaturada. Por el contrario, una exposición más prolongada al CO2 satura la cerveza.
