TO1 - mahuti täitmis-tühjendusketas
TO1 - paagi täitmis-tühjendusketas (Kombineeritud madalam sisselaskeavaga liitmik) on CCT-M modulaarsete silindriliste kooniliste paakide laienev tarvikud. See liitmikega on kaasas kaks toru, millel on kettale keevitatud keermestatud kaela põhja külge kinnitatud mahuti läbimõõduga TriClamp DN25-DN50 tuubid. Põhi paak:
- Tootetoru - on mõeldud paagi täitmiseks ja tühjendamiseks puhta tootega, mis tõmmatakse üle pärmi pinna paagi sees. Toru pikkuse saab määrata vastavalt pärmi tasemele paagis. Toodame TO11 liitmikke kahes variandis - varustatud fikseeritud või muutuva tootetoruga.
- Drenaažitoru - see toru keevitatakse TO1 liitmiku põhja, seda kasutatakse kogu paagi sisu (muda) tühjendamiseks või kasutatud pärmi tühjendamiseks paagi põhjast edasiseks kasutamiseks.
Liitmik TO1 paigaldatakse keermestatud pistiku Dairy Coupler DN125 - DN150 põhjas asuvale põhipaagile. Soovi korral saame tarnida põhipaagi ja TO1 liitmiku, mis on varustatud TriClamp DN125, DN150 või DN200.

Paigaldage põhja täitmise ja tühjendamise ketas TO1FIX - puhta toote täitmiseks ja tühjendamiseks mõeldud torul on kindel pikkus. Muutuv põhja täitmis- ja tühjendusketas TO1VAR - puhta toote täitmiseks ja tühjendamiseks mõeldud toru on erineva pikkusega, kuna see on segmenteeritud. Klient võib toru pikkust ilma lõikamata kohandada, lisades kettale segmente, vastavalt pärmseene tegelikule kõrgusele paagis. B2 komplekti standardvarustusosa. Lisavarustusena komplektid A1, A2, A3, B1.
Valides toote torude segmentide arvu, saab optimaalselt kasutada toote maksimaalset mahtu, lähtudes praegusest pärmi kogusest paagis. See vähendab teiste tavapäraste mõistetega kasutatavate jookide kaotust (kuna ei ole kunagi võimalik jooki saada ülemise tootetoru kurgu all).
