MTC TO1 150 4040V 01 300x300 1 - TO1 - bako užpildymo-išleidimo diskas

TO1 - bako užpildymo-išleidimo diskas (Kombinuotas apatinis įleidimo angos jungiamasis įtaisas) yra CCT-M modulinių cilindrinių-kūgio bakų priedai. Ši montažas apima du vamzdžius su gerybe TriClamp DN25-DN50 pagal rezervuaro tūrį, kurie yra privirinami prie disko, sumontuoti ant sriegio kaklelio Pagrindinis bakas:

  • Produkto vamzdis - skirtas bakui užpildyti ir ištuštinti grynu produktu, kuris ištraukiamas ant mielių paviršiaus rezervuaro viduje. Vamzdžio ilgį galima nustatyti pagal mielių kiekį rezervuare. Mes gaminame TO11 jungiamąją jungtį dviem variantais - su fiksuotu arba keičiamu gaminio vamzdžiu.
  • Drenažo vamzdis - šis vamzdis yra suvirintas į TO1 jungties dugną, naudojamas visam rezervuaro turiniui (dumblui) ištuštinti arba panaudotoms mielėms iš bako dugno nusausinti tolimesniam naudojimui.

Montavimas TO1 montuojamas ant pagrindinio bako apačioje ant srieginės jungties „Dairy Coupler DN125 - DN150“. Pasirinktinai galime pristatyti pagrindinį baką ir TO1 jungiamąjį elementą su „TriClamp DN125“, „DN150“ arba „DN200“.

Galite rinktis iš dviejų TO1 dugno pripildymo ir išleidimo disko tipų: su gėrimų įvedimo / išvedimo vamzdžiu (nesusietu) arba su kintamu gėrimų įvedimo / išvedimo vamzdžiu (segmentuota).

Fiksuokite dugno užpildymo ir išleidimo diską TO1FIX - gryno produkto užpildymo ir išleidimo vamzdis yra fiksuoto ilgio. Klientas gali pritaikyti vamzdžio ilgį (kad jis būtų trumpesnis) pagal numatomą mielių mielių lygį bakelyje. Standartinis A1, A2, A3, B1 komplektų priedas. Pasirenkamas B2 rinkinio priedas.

Kintamas dugno užpildymo ir išleidimo diskas TO1VAR - gryno produkto užpildymo ir išleidimo vamzdis yra kintamo ilgio, nes jis yra segmentuotas. Vamzdžio ilgį be pjovimo klientas gali pritaikyti tik pridėdamas segmentus prie disko, atsižvelgiant į faktinį mielių lygį bakelyje. Standartinė B2 komplekto priedų dalis. Pasirenkamas A1, A2, A3, B1 komplektų priedas.

Pasirinkus gaminio vamzdžių segmentų skaičių, galima optimaliai panaudoti maksimalų produkto kiekį, atsižvelgiant į dabartinį mielių kiekį bakelyje. Tai sumažina gėrimų, kurie kyla kitose cisternose, praradimą su įprastomis koncepcijomis (nes niekada neįmanoma gauti gėrimo po viršutinio produkto vamzdžio gerybe).
