TO1 - tankvullende aftapschijf
TO1 - De tankvul-aftapschijf (Combined lower inlet-outlet fitting) is een uitbreidende accessoire van de CCT-M modulaire cilindrische conische tanks. Deze montage omvat twee pijpen met keel TriClamp DN25-DN50 volgens het volume van de tank, die aan de schijf gelast zijn, op de onderkant van de schroefdraad van de Basistank:
- Productpijp - is bedoeld voor het vullen en legen van de tank met puur product dat over het oppervlak van gist in de tank wordt getrokken. De pijplengte kan worden ingesteld op basis van het gistniveau in de tank. Wij produceren TO11-fittingen in twee varianten - uitgerust met vaste of variabele productpijp.
- Afvoerleiding - deze buis wordt in de bodem van de TO1-fitting gelast, wordt gebruikt om de volledige tankinhoud (slib) af te voeren of om de gebruikte gist van de bodem van de tank af te voeren voor verder gebruik.
Fitting TO1 wordt gemonteerd op een basistank in de bodem op de schroefdraadaansluiting Zuivelkoppeling DN125 - DN150. Optioneel kunnen wij de basistank en de TO1 fitting voorzien van TriClamp DN125, DN150 of DN200.
Botteldop vulling-afvoerplaat met fix of variabele productpijp
U kunt kiezen uit twee typen TO1 onderste vul-aftapschijf: met vaste drankinvoer / -uitgang (niet-gesegmenteerd) of met variabele invoer / uitvoer-drank (gesegmenteerd).
Bevestig de bodemvullend schijf TO1FIX - de buis voor het vullen en aftappen van puur product heeft een vaste lengte. De klant kan de lengte van de buis aanpassen (om korter te worden gesneden) zoals nodig is, in overeenstemming met de verwachte hoogte van het gistniveau in de tank. Standaard accessoire van A1, A2, A3, B1 sets. Optioneel accessoire van B2-set.
Variabele bodemvullend schijf TO1VAR - de leiding voor het vullen en aftappen van puur product heeft een variabele lengte doordat deze gesegmenteerd is. De klant kan de lengte van de buis aanpassen zonder te snijden, alleen door segmenten aan de schijf toe te voegen, afhankelijk van de werkelijke hoogte van het gistniveau in de tank. Standaard accessoire onderdeel van B2 set. Optioneel accessoire van A1, A2, A3, B1 sets.
Door het aantal segmenten van het product te selecteren, kunnen leidingen de maximale capaciteit van het product optimaal benutten op basis van de huidige hoeveelheid gist in de tank. Dit vermindert het verlies van dranken die voorkomen in andere tanks met conventionele concepten (omdat het nooit mogelijk is om een drank onder de keel van de bovenste productpijp te krijgen).
