Manuell (trinnvis) kontrollsystem for gjæring og modningsprosess

Temperaturer i alle gjæringstanker, modningstanker, betjeningstanker, tønner for øltanker, gjæretanker etc. styres ved hjelp av de enkle PLC-temperaturregulatorene. Bryggeren stiller manuelt ønsket temperatur i hver tank på den digitale temperaturregulatoren. PLC regulatoren kjøler deretter automatisk ned tankene til ønsket temperatur og holder temperaturen fortsatt til neste krav for å endre det.
