RO2-DO2 Tank filling-draining flap valves
RO2 and DO2 are flap valves that may be connected to the TO1 disc as terminated part or also between TO1 and other parts (RO1, RO2, LIS) according to current configuation of the tank. Available with TriClamp, Dairy Couplers or combination of both types.
RO2 – beverage product flap valve – the armatury is intended to filling tank with the beverage product and draining a clear product from the tank. A beverage is sucked above level of yeast in lower part of cone of the tank. We produce the RO2 armature with more types of connections (Dairy coupling / TriClamp) and with more diameters of the pipes. The armature RO2 is attached either to the TO1 bottom tank filling-draining disc and the RO1 product filling pipe, or there may be also LIS fill level indicator inserted between RO1 and RO2 parts.
DO2 – tank full content draining flap valve –the armature is intended to fully draining content from the tank to a severage canal, or also for collecting of yeast drained from a bottom of the tank. We produce the DO2 armature with more types of connections (Dairy coupling / TriClamp) and with more diameters of the pipes. The armature DO2 is attached either to the TO1 bottom tank filling-draining disc and the RO1 product filling pipe.

MTA additional armatures are optional accessories for equipping of the basic tanks. The required configuration of the modular tanks is reached by equipping the basic tank with appropriate combination of additional armatures.
