BFM-150 Manual bottle filler (from 150 to 300 bottles per hour)

Manual isobaric filling machine with 4 valves
Suitable for filling sparkling wines, soft drinks, beer, etc., in any kind of bottle such as glass or PET from
200 to 1500 ml.

BFM-150-bottle-fillerThe machine is totally built in stainless steel AISI 304.

CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Isobaric reservoir with manometer and sight glass for level checking
  • Machine equipped with protections on each filling valve
  • Possibility of adjusting the height of the bottle lifting plate according to other size bottles
  • Filling process composed by the following phases:
    1. Injection of CO2 in the bottle
    2. Filling
    3. Degassing
  • Machine to be positioned onto a work surface
  • Production: 150/300 bph according to bottle capacity, product type, filling temperature, Co2 content and
    bottle shape
  • Dimensions of the machine unpacked: cm 100x77x102 h
  • Weight: 50 kg
  • Pressure max: 5 BAR

The work is carried out in the following way :

1) the operator positions the bottle in the filling station securing the spring loaded lever below
2) the valve lever is positioned in location “1” (CO2 injection balancing from inside beer tank)
3) the valve lever is positioned in location “2” (filling operation from inside beer tank – time required
according to type)
4) the valve lever is positioned in location “1” (Closing filling operation)
5) the valve lever is positioned in location “0” (Degassing operation)
6) the spring lever is released and the bottle is taken from the box
