Larger size model microbrewery MOBBEER with production capacity 250 liters of beer in 11 hours / max. 500 liters of beer per day. Ideal for popular pub and restaurant with a volume of sold beer from 2,5 to 30 hl of sold beer per week (125-1500 hl / year). Optimal production capacity is 750 hectoliters of beer per year. Container Microbrewery MOBBEER 250BCMOBBEER PUBMASTER 250BC

Compact microbrewery, completely build into a container or multiple containers. It includes a complete technology for beer production. Includes fully equipped brewhouse  and cold block with cooling unit, fermentation and maturation tanks, yeast tank and CIP station with automatic sanitization. Made beer can be tranferred from serving tanks directly to the tapping cocks in restaurant bar, or into kegs, PET containers, PET bottles and distribute to customers.

Fully equipped container brewhouse with technology for beer production. Cold block is not part of container (fermentation and maturation tanks). It is assumed connection to the cold block, located in the building, where the produced wort is pumped. It is also possible connect the brewhouse to other container modules MOBBEER C (cold block containing cooling unit, fermentation and maturation tanks, yeast tank and CIP station)  and increase the capacity of lager cellar outside of the bulding.

Fully equipped cold block built in container. Contains cooling unit, fermentation and maturation tanks, yeast tank and CIP station with automatic sanitization. Brewhouse is not a part ot the container – it is expected connection the module MOBBEER C with solid object where is installed microbrewery BREWORX. Made beer can be tranferred from serving tanks directly to the tapping cocks in restaurant bar, or into kegs, PET containers, PET bottles and distribute to customers.

Three variants of microbrewery MOBBEER PUBMASTER – different fermentation methods

We produce microbreweries MOBBEER PUBMASTER in three variants of the main fermentation and arrangement of the beer cellar.

Closed fermentationMicrobreweries MOBBEER STARTER xxxxx CF

Fermentation and maturation in sealed cylindrical-conical tanks is an effective and modern way of producing beer, which is highly resistant to contamination of fermenting beverages with unwanted organisms. Precision control of the fermentation and maturation leads to permanent results of constant quality and sensory characteristics of the beer. This scheme of brewery is particularly suitable for the production of top-fermented beers, but it is possible to produce all types of bottom-fermented beer too.

Open fermentationMicrobreweries MOBBEER STARTER xxxxx OF

Fermentation and maturation in open fermentation vats is the traditional way of producing beer, especially for the typical bottom-fermented Czech type of beer . This allows collection of quilts during the fermentation. A fascinating look at many forms and colors of the yeast foam will be appreciated by guests on excursions to the brewery. This scheme of brewery is suitable only for the production of bottom-fermented beers. Production of top fermented beer in open fermentation vats is quite demanding and is therefore not recommended .

Open and closed fermentationMicrobreweries MOBBEER STARTER xxxxx OCF

The combined solution enables production of bottom and top-fermented beer. Minibrewery contains of open fermentation tubs (optimal for the traditional method of bottom-fermented beers) and cylindro-conical tanks (particularly suitable for the production of top fermented beers). Beer maturation takes place in lager tanks, or it is possible to use instead of lager tanks other cylindro-conical tanks for maturation process. The solution particularly suitable for restaurant minibreweries where the brewer plans to manufacture both bottom and top fermented beers.

CONTROL SYSTEM FOR BREWERY BREWORX CLASSIC

Control system for brewery BreworxI . Control system level MC (manual control):

A manual control of a brewhouse, simple push-button control panel with basic control and sensing elements. Manually adjusted pipeline routes, switching of motors and pumps, temperature and times are watched by the brewer .

II . Control system level CC (central control):

A centrally-manually operated brewhouse with support of PLC with most operations controlled from central control panel with controls and sensing elements. The panel is designed as a touchscreen or mechanical switches and controllers – from there motors, heating and setting routes are centrally controlled.

III . Control system level SA (semi-automatic control) :

An semi-automatically controlled brewhouse – with most computer- controlled operations – according to the specifications from a central control panel. The control panel is designed as a touchscreen. The brewer selects the recipe and starts the program that controls the production process. The brewer controls it and performs laboratory tests, treats abnormal conditions and ensures the preparation and the brewing of raw materials for the process.
