Small craft brewhouse Brewmaster 200 + simplified single-jacketed pressure fermenters (cylindrical-conical tanks) with volume 200 liters, cooled by cold water or glycol through duplicators, without isolation (may be isolated additionally)
Brewery sets in this category are designed to produce 200 liters of wort per one batch. Volume of the tanks allows maximal production of two batches per day.
BBM-200 breweries consists of two basic sets :
- Wort brewing set – equipment indended for brewing the wort from basic raw materials (water, malt, hops)
- Fermentation set – equipment needed for the fermentation of wort and production of the final product – beer
