Craft brewhouse Brewmaster 500 + simplified single-jacketed pressure fermentors (cylindrical-conical tanks) with volume 500 liters, cooled by cold water or glycol through duplicators, without isolation (may be isolated additionally)
Brewery sets in this category are designed to produce of 500 liters of wort per one batch. Volume of the tanks allows maximal production of two batches per day.
BBM-500 breweries consists of two basic sets :
- Wort brewing set – equipment indended for brewing the wort from basic raw materials (water, malt, hops)
- Fermentation set – equipment needed for the fermentation of wort and production of the final product – beer
