Conventional brewhouse arrangement, where many of its parameters are subordinate to design, is important for marketing purposes – brewhouse is becoming the centrepiece of the restaurant brewery and attracts visitors’ attention, which is important for the growth of visit rate.

However, from the practical point of view it is more suitable if the brewhouse consists of three vessels, which are easily accessible from the access floor. That is why the functional brewhouse composition is more suitable for breweries where the ergonomics and expedience are key points. In addition the customer is not paying for purposeless design elements that have no influence on the effectiveness of production process.

Therefore, as an alternative to the classical designed brewhouses, we offer three vessel brewhouse BREWORX TRITANK, which are basic equipment for efficient production of beer in breweries BREWORX COMPACT. These breweries are designed to ensure that the production of beer is the most economical and the owner and provider of the brewery gets the best value for reasonable investment.

Brewhouse Breworx Tritank

Brewhouse BREWORX TRITANK, as a part of the microbrewery BREWORX COMPACT, is the ideal solution for providers of microbreweries who wish to benefit from above-mentioned advantages of brewhouse with functional design and has enough space for it. There is a mash tun, lauter tun, whirlpool and of course laboratory basin with samples cooler, pumps and piping located on a single platform around a common access floor. Further the single-block includes switchboard and in the case of an automatic version also controlling computer.

Thanks to easy serviceability of all brewhouse vessels from a single platform the brewer has the entire brewing technology constantly under control without the need of frequent movements around the brewery. Sophisticated brewery ergonomics assists in minimizing and eliminating losses due to human error during operation. Finally, it also saves the customer’s wallet who is not paying for non-functional design elements and receives the best attainable quality in the field of small and medium-sized breweries for money spent.

Compared to stand-alone vessels an integrated brewhouse solution has further advantage in significant savings in space (converted per hectoliter of beer produced).

Composition of the brewhouse Breworx Tritank enables the production of virtually all known types of beers according to Czech and foreign recipes, from traditional ingredients (malt, hops, water and yeast), by means of infusion or decoction method. If necessary, you can also prepare the wort from concentrates (same for brewing in BREWORX Lite). Unlike most foreign products this brewhouse is optimized for the production of high-quality bottom fermented pilsner, however one can without limiting produce any top-fermented beer.

The daily production of the brewhouse is 2 batches within 24 hours in case of producing bottom fermented lager by means of decoction method or up to 3 batches within 24 hours in case of producing top fermented beer by means of infusion method. If the wort is prepared from concentrate, the production capacity can rise up to 4 batches within 24 hours.

Three variants of micro breweries BREWORX COMPACT – different fermentation methods

We produce minibreweries BREWORX COMPACT in three variants of the main fermentation and arrangement of the tank storage.

Closed fermentationMicrobreweries BREWORX COMPACT CF

Fermentation and maturation in sealed cylindrical-conical tanks is an effective and modern way of producing beer, which is highly resistant to contamination of fermenting beverages with unwanted organisms. Precision control of the fermentation and maturation leads to permanent results of constant quality and sensory characteristics of the beer. This scheme of brewery is particularly suitable for the production of top-fermented beers, but it is possible to produce all types of bottom-fermented beer too.

Open fermentationMicrobreweries BREWORX COMPACT OF

Fermentation and maturation in open fermentation vats is the traditional way of producing beer, especially for the typical bottom-fermented Czech type of beer . This allows collection of quilts during the fermentation. A fascinating look at many forms and colors of the yeast foam will be appreciated by guests on excursions to the brewery. This scheme of brewery is suitable only for the production of bottom-fermented beers. Production of top fermented beer in open fermentation vats is quite demanding and is therefore not recommended .

Open and closed fermentationMicrobreweries BREWORX COMPACT OCF

The combined solution enables production of bottom and top-fermented beer. Minibrewerie contains of open fermentation tubs (optimal for the traditional method of bottom-fermented beers) and cylindro-conical tanks (particularly suitable for the production of top fermented beers). Beer maturation takes place in lager tanks, or it is possible to use instead of lager tanks other cylindro-conical tanks for maturation process. The solution particularly suitable for restaurant minibreweries where the brewer plans to manufacture both bottom and top fermented beers .

CONTROL SYSTEM FOR BREWERY BREWORX COMPACT

Control system for brewery BreworxI . Control system level MC (manual control):

A manual control of a brewhouse, simple push-button control panel with basic control and sensing elements. Manually adjusted pipeline routes, switching of motors and pumps, temperature and times are watched by the brewer .

 

II . Control system level AC (automatic control) :

Automatically controlled brewhouse – with most computer- controlled operations – according to the specifications from a central control panel. The control panel is designed as a touchscreen. The brewer selects the recipe and starts the program that controls the production process. The brewer controls it, treats abnormal conditions and ensures the preparation and the brewing of raw materials for the process.
