Breworx Classic breweries with traditional compact two tank design fully comply with all requirements for restaurant breweries and they are designed for mutual satisfaction of customers and providers. Conventional brewhouse arrangement, where many of its parameters are subordinate to design, is important for marketing purposes – brewhouse is becoming the centrepiece of the restaurant and attracts visitors’ attention, which is important for the growth of visit rate. In addition, the brewhouse wort machine with two tanks occupies a minimal space in the restaurant.

However, from the practical point of view, it is more suitable if the brewhouse consists of three separated vessels, which are easily accessible from a central platform. That is why the functional industrial composition of the brewhouse is more suitable for all breweries where the ergonomics and expedience are key points. In addition our customer is not paying for purposeless design elements on the brewhouse that have no influence on the effectiveness of production process.

Therefore, as an alternative to the classical designed brewhouses, we offer the industrial BREWORX COMPACT breweries equipped with the BREWORX TRITANK industrial brew wort machines that consist of three separated tanks, which are basic equipment for efficient production of beer. Brewhouse Breworx Tritank

BREWORX TRITANK wort brew machine, as a part of the BREWORX COMPACT industrial brewery , is the ideal solution for beer producers who wish to benefit from above-mentioned advantages of brewhouse with functional design and they have enough space for placing all the brewery componets.

The industrial brew wort machine consists of a mashing tank, filtering tank, whirlpool and of course laboratory basin with samples cooler, pumps and piping located on a single platform around a common access central platform. Further the machine includes a switchboard and in the case of an automatic version also controlling computer.

Thanks to easy serviceability of all brewhouse vessels from a single platform the brewer master has the entire brewing technology constantly under control without the need of frequent his movements in the brewery. Sophisticated brewery ergonomics assists in minimizing and eliminating losses due to human error during operation. Finally, it also saves the customer’s wallet who is not paying for non-functional design elements and receives the best attainable quality in the field of small and medium-sized breweries for money spent.

Compared to stand-alone tanks an integrated brewhouse solution has further advantage in significant savings in space (converted per hectoliter of beer produced).

Design of the Breworx Tritank brewhouse enables the production of virtually all known types of beers according to Czech and foreign recipes, from traditional ingredients (malt, hops, water and yeast), by means of infusion or decoction method. If necessary, you can also prepare the wort from malt concentrates. Unlike most foreign products this brewhouse is optimized for the production of high-quality lager beer, however it is possible to produce without limiting all beer types based on bottom or on top fermentation method .

The daily production of the brewhouse is up to 2 batches within 24 hours in case of producing using a decoction brewing method or up to 3 batches within 24 hours using an infusion brewing method. If the wort is prepared from concentrate, the production capacity can rise up to 4 batches within 24 hours.

Closed fermentationBreweries BREWORX COMPACT CF

The wort fermentation and maturation in sealed cylindrical-conical tanks is an effective and modern way of producing beer, which is highly resistant to contamination of fermenting beverages by unwanted organisms. Precision control of the fermentation and maturation leads to permanently good result of constant quality and sensory characteristics of the beer. This scheme of brewery is suitable for the production of all beer types : both on-top and on-bottom fermented beer using all types of brewer´s yeast.

Open fermentationBreweries BREWORX COMPACT OF

The wort fermentation and maturation in open fermentation vats is a traditional way of producing beer, especially for the typical Czech type of lager fermented on-bottom of the tank and naturally carbonated for long time in the lager tanks. This way allows a removing of dead-yeast foam during the main fermentation. A fascinating look at many forms and colors of the yeast foam will be appreciated by guests on visit to the brewery. This scheme of brewery is suitable only for the production of beer types fermented on-bottom of the fermentors. Production of on-top fermented beer in open fermentation tanks is quite demanding and this is therefore not recommended .

Open and closed fermentationBreweries BREWORX COMPACT OCF

The combined solution enables the production all beer types. Brewery contains the open fermentation tubs (optimal for fermentation of the traditional Czech lagers) and cylindrically-conical tanks (suitable for the production all other beer types). Beer maturation takes place in lager tanks, or it is possible to use the cylindrically-conical fermentors for both the beer fermentation phases. The solution particularly suitable for restaurant breweries where an operator plans to manufacture all beer types and he wants to show beer in the primary fermentation process to visitors.

CONTROL SYSTEM FOR BREWERY BREWORX COMPACT

Control system for brewery BreworxI . Control system level MC (manual control):

A manual control of the brewhouse, simple push-button control panel with basic control and sensing elements. Manually switching of pipeline routes, switching of motors and pumps, temperature and times are watched, operated and changed by the brewer .

 

II . Control system level AC (automatic control) :

Automatically controlled brewhouse – with most computer- controlled operations – according to the specifications from a central control panel. The control panel is designed as a touchscreen. The brewer selects the recipe and starts the program that controls the production process. A brewer operator controls the production process, solves abnormal statuses and ensures the preparation and the dosing of raw materials for the process.
