TO1 - O disco de drenagem e enchimento do tanque (Acessório de entrada de entrada inferior combinado) é um acessório em expansão dos tanques cilíndricos-cônicos modulares CCT-M. Este acessório inclui dois tubos com garganta TriClamp DN25-DN50 de acordo com o volume do tanque, que são soldadas ao disco, montadas na parte inferior do pescoço roscado do Tanque básico:
- Tubo de produto - destina-se a encher e esvaziar o tanque com produto puro que é aspirado sobre a superfície do fermento dentro do tanque. O comprimento do tubo pode ser definido de acordo com o nível de fermento no tanque. Produzimos conexões TO11 em duas variantes - equipadas com tubo de produto fixo ou variável.
- Tubo de drenagem - este tubo é soldado na parte inferior do encaixe TO1, é usado para drenar todo o conteúdo do tanque (lodo) ou para drenar o fermento usado do fundo do tanque para uso posterior.
O encaixe TO1 é montado em um tanque básico na parte inferior do conector rosqueado Dairy Coupler DN125 - DN150. Opcionalmente, podemos entregar o tanque básico e a conexão TO1 equipados com TriClamp DN125, DN150 ou DN200.

Você pode escolher entre dois tipos de disco de drenagem de enchimento de fundo TO1: com tubo de entrada / saída de bebida fixo (não segmentado) ou com tubo de entrada / saída de bebida variável (segmentado).
Corrigir o disco de drenagem e drenagem do fundo TO1FIX - o tubo de enchimento e escoamento do produto puro tem comprimento fixo. O cliente pode personalizar o comprimento do tubo (para cortar para ser mais curto) conforme necessário, de acordo com a altura esperada do nível de fermento no tanque. Disco de enchimento-drenagem de fundo variável TO1VAR - o tubo de enchimento e escoamento de produto puro tem comprimento variável porque é segmentado. O cliente pode personalizar o comprimento do tubo sem cortar apenas adicionando segmentos ao disco, de acordo com a altura real do nível de fermento no tanque. Parte do acessório padrão do conjunto B2. Acessório opcional dos conjuntos A1, A2, A3, B1.
Ao selecionar o número de segmentos dos tubos do produto, pode-se otimizar a capacidade máxima do produto com base na quantidade atual de levedura no tanque. Isso reduz a perda de bebidas que ocorrem em outros tanques com conceitos convencionais (porque nunca é possível obter uma bebida sob a garganta do tubo superior do produto).
