TO1 - disk za polnjenje rezervoarja
TO1 - Disk za polnjenje in praznjenje rezervoarja (Kombinirani spodnji vstopni iztočni priključek) je razširitvena dodatna oprema modularnih cilindrično-koničnih cistern CCT-M. Ta vgradnja vključuje dve cevi z grlom TriClamp DN25-DN50 glede na volumen rezervoarja, ki je varjen na disk, nameščen na dnu navojnega vratu Osnovni rezervoar:
- Cev za izdelek - je namenjena za polnjenje in praznjenje rezervoarja s čistim izdelkom, ki se potegne po površini kvasa v rezervoarju. Dolžino cevi lahko nastavite glede na raven kvasa v rezervoarju. Izdelujemo vgradnjo TO11 v dveh različicah - opremljeni s pritrdilno ali spremenljivo cevjo za izdelek.
- Odtočna cev - ta cev je privarjena na dno priključka TO1, uporablja se za odvajanje celotne vsebnosti rezervoarja (mulja) ali za odvajanje uporabljenega kvasa z dna rezervoarja za nadaljnjo uporabo.
Priključek TO1 je nameščen na osnovnem rezervoarju na dnu na navojnem konektorju Mlečna spojka DN125 - DN150. Po želji lahko dostavimo osnovni rezervoar in priključek TO1, opremljen s TriClamp DN125, DN150 ali DN200.

Spremenljivi spodnji polnilni odtok. TO1VAR - cev za polnjenje in odvajanje čistega izdelka ima spremenljivo dolžino, ker je segmentirana. Stranka lahko prilagodi dolžino cevi brez rezanja samo tako, da na disk doda segmente glede na dejansko višino kvasovke v rezervoarju. Standardni dodatni del kompleta B2. Neobvezna dodatna oprema A1, A2, A3, B1.
Z izbiro števila segmentov izdelka lahko cevi optimalno izkoristijo največjo zmogljivost izdelka glede na sedanjo količino kvasa v posodi. To zmanjša izgubo pijač, ki se pojavljajo v drugih rezervoarjih s konvencionalnimi koncepti (ker nikoli ni mogoče dobiti pijače pod zgornjo grlo izdelka).
