TO1 - tankfyllningsdräneringsskiva
TO1 - Tankens fyllningsavtappningsskiva (Kombinerad nedre inloppsanslutning) är en växande tillbehör till de CCT-M modulära cylindriska koniska tankarna. Denna montering innehåller två rör med halsar TriClamp DN25-DN50 enligt tankens volym, som är svetsade på skivan, monterad på botten av den gängade nacken på Grundtank:
- Produktrör - är avsett för att fylla och tömma tanken med ren produkt som dras över jästytan inuti tanken. Rörlängden kan ställas in efter jästnivån i tanken. Vi producerar TO11-montering i två varianter - utrustade med fix- eller variabelt produktrör.
- Dräneringsrör - detta rör är svetsat i botten av TO1-kopplingen, används för att tömma hela tankinnehållet (slam) eller för att tömma den använda jästen från botten av tanken för vidare användning.
Montering TO1 är monterad på en bastank i botten på den gängade kopplingen Mejerikopplare DN125 - DN150. Valfritt kan vi leverera bastanken och TO1-beslaget utrustat med TriClamp DN125, DN150 eller DN200.
Botteldryckspåfyllningsdräneringsskiva med fix eller rörlig produktrör
Du kan välja mellan två typer av TO1 bottenfyllningsdräneringsskiva: med fixeringsdriven ingång / utgångsrör (icke-segmenterad) eller med rörligt inmatnings- / utmatningsrör för rör (segmenterad).
Fixa bottenfyllningsdriven TO1FIX - röret för fyllning och tömning av ren produkt har en fixlängd. Kunden kan anpassa längden på röret (för att klippa för att bli kortare) efter behov, beroende på förväntad höjdjästnivå i tanken. Standardtillbehör för uppsättningar A1, A2, A3, B1. Valfritt tillbehör till B2-set.
Variabel bottenfyllningsdriven skiva TO1VAR - röret för fyllning och dränering av ren produkt har en varierande längd eftersom det är segmenterat. Kunden kan anpassa rörets längd utan att skära endast genom att lägga till segment på skivan, enligt den faktiska höjdjästnivån i tanken. Standard tillbehörsdel av B2-set. Valfritt tillbehör för uppsättningar A1, A2, A3, B1.
Genom att välja antal segment av produkten kan rör optimalt utnyttja produktens maximala kapacitet baserat på den aktuella mängden jäst i tanken. Detta minskar förlusten av drycker som förekommer i andra tankar med konventionella koncept (eftersom det aldrig går att få en dryck under övre produktrörets hals).
