Охлаждане на пивоварната с вода / гликол чилер с отделения кондензатор
Гликолови охлаждащи агрегати се използват в нашите микропреработватели за дублиращо охлаждане на изолирани съдове с двукорпусна конструкция в избата на лежанка и основните ферментационни съдове. Освен това, гликолът се използва за охлаждане на пивна мъст във втория етап в пивоварните с пластинчати пластинки 2.
Предимства на разделените охладители с отделен кондензатор
Отделеният кондензатор позволява разположението му извън сградата, увеличавайки ефективността на охлаждане (събираната топлина се освобождава от външната среда и интериорът не се нагрява) и предотвратява прегряването на помещенията в микробукета. Предпоставка за ефективната циркулация на охлаждащата течност е правилно преброената охладителна система и правилно извършена чрез свързване на всички части на системата.
Недостатъци на централното охлаждане на микропреработвателната промишленост
Необходимо е обаче да се обадите на професионалната хладилна компания за инсталиране на охладителната система, тъй като системата трябва да бъде експертно сглобена на място. Обикновено е необходимо да се пробият някои пробиви за тръби, монтажни скоби за студени тръби и кондензационен агрегат за суспензия. И накрая, трябва да херметизирате охладителната система с охладителна течност, която не е възможна без специално оборудване. Необходимо е да се осигури периодична поддръжка на сервизен специалист за хладилна техника. В случай на повреда на охладителя, пълната охладителна система се изключва за ремонт, което води до загуба на работа на пивоварната. A good and inexpensive solution of described disadvantages is the backup of cooling by alternative cooling system, consisting of independent liquid cooling units with integrated condenser. This modular solution is used in our microbreweries BREWORX MODULO.
