Hlađenje pivare vodom / glikol hladnjakom a sa odvojenim kondenzatorom
Jedinice za hlađenje glikolom koriste se u našim mikropivovarama za hlađenje duplikatora izoliranih posuda s dvostrukom zaštitom u lager podrumu i glavnim posudama za fermentaciju. Nadalje, glikol se koristi za hlađenje sladovine u drugoj fazi u pivarama s dvostupanjskim izmjenjivačem ploča.
Prednosti split hladnjaka za tekućinu s odvojenim kondenzatorom
Odvojeni kondenzator omogućava njegovo postavljanje izvan zgrade, povećavajući efikasnost hlađenja (prikupljena toplota se oslobađa u spoljno okruženje, a unutrašnjost se ne zagreva) i sprečava pregrevanje prostorija u mikropivari. Preduslov za efikasnu cirkulaciju rashladne tečnosti je pravilno brojan sistem hlađenja i pravilno izveden povezivanjem svih dijelova sistema.

Međutim, potrebno je nazvati profesionalnu rashladnu kompaniju za ugradnju rashladnog sistema, jer sistem mora biti stručno sastavljen na licu mjesta. Obično je potrebno izbušiti neke proboje za cijevi, montirati nosače za hladne cijevi i jedinicu za kondenzaciju ovjesa. Konačno, sistem za hlađenje morate podtlačiti rashladnom tečnošću, što nije moguće bez posebne opreme. Potrebno je osigurati periodično održavanje kod servisera za rashladnu tehniku. U slučaju kvara hladnjaka, kompletan rashladni sistem se isključuje radi popravaka što rezultira gubitkom rada pivare. Stoga je poželjno pivovaru opremiti s najmanje dva neovisna rashladna sistema koji se međusobno podupiru.
A good and inexpensive solution of described disadvantages is the backup of cooling by alternative cooling system, consisting of independent liquid cooling units with integrated condenser. This modular solution is used in our microbreweries BREWORX MODULO.
