Køling af bryggeriet med vand / glykol køler a med den adskilte kondensator

 

Væskekøling bryggerierGlycol-køleenheder Bruges i vores mikrobryggerier til duplikator køling af isolerede beholdere med to-jacketed konstruktion i lager kælder og de vigtigste fermentation fartøjer. Desuden anvendes glycol til afkøling af urten i anden fase i bryggerier med en 2-fasepladeveksler.

Fordele ved Split-væskekølere med en adskilt kondensator

En adskilt kondensator tillader sin placering uden for bygningen, hvilket øger køleeffektiviteten (opsamlet varme frigives til omgivelserne og indvendigt opvarmes ikke) og forhindrer overophedning af rum i et mikrobryggeri. Forudsætning for effektiv køling af kølevæsken er et korrekt talt kølesystem og udføres korrekt ved at forbinde alle dele af systemet.

 

Ulemper ved central køling af mikrobryggeri

Det er dog nødvendigt at ringe til det professionelle kølefirma til installation af kølesystemet, fordi systemet skal ekspert monteres på stedet. Normalt er det nødvendigt at bore nogle penetreringer til rør, monteringsbeslag til koldrør og suspensionskondenseringsenhed. A good and inexpensive solution of described disadvantages is the backup of cooling by alternative cooling system, consisting of independent liquid cooling units with integrated condenser. This modular solution is used in our microbreweries BREWORX MODULO.
