Enfriamiento de la fábrica de cerveza mediante enfriador de agua / glicol con el condensador separado
Unidades refrigeradoras de glicol Se utilizan en nuestras microcervejas para el enfriamiento del duplicador de recipientes aislados con la construcción de dos chaquetas en el sótano de lager y los recipientes principales de la fermentación. Además, se utiliza glicol para enfriar el mosto en la segunda etapa en fábricas de cerveza con un intercambiador de placas de etapa 2.
Beneficios de los refrigeradores de líquido Split con un condensador separado
Un condensador separado permite su ubicación fuera del edificio, aumentando la eficiencia de refrigeración (el calor recogido es liberado al ambiente exterior y el interior no se calienta) e impide el sobrecalentamiento de las habitaciones en una microbratería. La condición previa para la circulación eficaz del refrigerante es un sistema de refrigeración correctamente contabilizado y realizado correctamente conectando todas las partes del sistema.
Desventajas de un enfriamiento central de la microbratería
Sin embargo, es necesario llamar a la empresa de refrigeración profesional para la instalación del sistema de refrigeración porque el sistema debe ser montado experto en el lugar. Por lo general, es necesario perforar algunas penetraciones para tuberías, soportes de montaje para tubos fríos y unidad de condensación de suspensión. Por último, es necesario presurizar el sistema de refrigeración con refrigerante, lo que no es posible sin equipo especial. Es necesario asegurar el mantenimiento periódico con especialista de servicio para la tecnología de refrigeración. En caso de fallo del enfriador, el sistema de refrigeración completo se desconecta para reparaciones que ocasionen la pérdida de funcionamiento de la cervecería. Por lo tanto, es aconsejable equipe la cervecería con por lo menos dos sistemas de refrigeración independientes que se apoyan entre sí.
A good and inexpensive solution of described disadvantages is the backup of cooling by alternative cooling system, consisting of independent liquid cooling units with integrated condenser. This modular solution is used in our microbreweries BREWORX MODULO.
