Hlađenje pivovare vodom / glikolom rashlađivačem a odvojenim kondenzatorom
Jedinice za hlađenje glikola Koriste se u našim mikrokiralicama za hlađenje dvostrukog montažera izoliranih posuda s dvokomponiranom konstrukcijom u lager podrumu i glavnim fermentacijskim posudama. Nadalje, glikol se koristi za hlađenje sladovine u drugoj fazi u pivovarama s 2 faznim izmjenjivačem ploče.
Prednosti rashladnih tekućina Split s odvojenim kondenzatorom
Odvojeni kondenzator omogućuje njegovo postavljanje izvan zgrade, povećavajući učinkovitost hlađenja (prikupljena toplina se oslobađa u vanjsko okruženje, a unutrašnjost ne zagrijava) i sprječava pregrijavanje prostorija u mikrokulturama. Preduvjet za učinkovitu cirkulaciju rashladne tekućine je pravilno računati sustav hlađenja i ispravno se provodi povezivanjem svih dijelova sustava.
Nedostaci centralnog hlađenja mikrobrewera
Međutim, potrebno je pozvati profesionalnu rashladnu tvrtku za ugradnju rashladnog sustava jer se sustav mora stručno sastaviti na licu mjesta. Obično je potrebno bušiti neke prodore za cijevi, montažne nosače za hladne cijevi i kondenzatorsku jedinicu. Konačno, trebate pritisnuti sustav rashladnog sredstva s rashladnim sredstvom, što nije moguće bez posebne opreme. Potrebno je osigurati redovno održavanje stručnjaka za rashladnu tehniku. A good and inexpensive solution of described disadvantages is the backup of cooling by alternative cooling system, consisting of independent liquid cooling units with integrated condenser. This modular solution is used in our microbreweries BREWORX MODULO.
