A sörgyár hűtése víz / glikol hűtőberendezéssel a különálló kondenzátorral
Glikol hűtőegységek a mikrobreweries-ben használják a kétrétegű konstrukciójú szigetelt edények duplikátoros hűtésére a lager pincében és a fő fermentációs edényekben. Ezenkívül a sörfőzde második szakaszában a sörfőzdékben glikolt használnak egy 2 fázisú lemezcserélővel.
Az elosztott folyadékhűtők előnyei elkülönített kondenzátorral
A szétválasztott kondenzátor lehetővé teszi az épületen kívüli helyét, növelve a hűtési hatékonyságot (összegyűjtött hő kiszabadul a külső környezetbe és a belső tér nem melegszik fel), és megakadályozza a szobák mikrohullámú sütőben történő túlmelegedését. A hűtőközeg hatékony áramlásának előfeltétele egy megfelelően számlált hűtőrendszer, és a rendszer minden részének csatlakoztatásával megfelelően elvégezhető.
A mikrohírek központi hűtésének hátrányai
A hűtőrendszer felszereléséhez azonban szükség van a professzionális hűtőberendezéssel való kapcsolatfelvételre, mivel a rendszert szakszerűen össze kell szerelni a helyszínen. Általában szükséges a csövek, a hidegcsövek és a felfüggesztés kondenzációs egységeinek beillesztése. Végül a hűtőrendszert hűtőfolyadékkal kell nyomás alá helyezni, amely speciális berendezések nélkül nem lehetséges. Szükséges időszakos karbantartás biztosítása a hűtéstechnikai szakemberekkel. A hűtőkészülék meghibásodása esetén a teljes hűtőrendszert leállítják a javításhoz, ami a sörgyár működésének elvesztését eredményezi. Ezért tanácsos a sörfőzdeet legalább két független hűtőrendszerrel összekapcsolni, amelyek egymást támogatják.
A good and inexpensive solution of described disadvantages is the backup of cooling by alternative cooling system, consisting of independent liquid cooling units with integrated condenser. This modular solution is used in our microbreweries BREWORX MODULO.
