Glycol kælingu einingar Eru notuð í microbreweries okkar fyrir endurtekningu kælingu einangruðra skipa með tveggja jökul byggingu í lager kjallaranum og helstu gerjun skipa. Ennfremur er glýkól notað til að kæla í þvagi í öðru stigi í breweries með 2-stigi plötumaskipti.

Aðskilinn eimsvala gerir staðsetningu hennar fyrir utan bygginguna, aukin kælivirkni (safnað hiti er losað út í umhverfið og innri hita ekki upp) og kemur í veg fyrir þenslu á herbergjum í örverufræði. Forsenda fyrir skilvirka dreifingu kælivökva er rétt talað kælikerfi og rétt framkvæmt með því að tengja alla hluta kerfisins.
Ókostir miðlægrar kælingar á örbreiðu
Hins vegar er nauðsynlegt að hringja í faglega kælibúnaðinn til að setja upp kælikerfið vegna þess að kerfið verður að vera faglega samsett á staðnum. Venjulega er nauðsynlegt að bora nokkrar slöngur fyrir pípur, festingar fyrir kæli og sviflausn. Að lokum þarftu að þrýsta á kælikerfið með kælivökva, sem ekki er hægt án sérstakrar búnaðar. Nauðsynlegt er að tryggja reglulega viðhald við þjónustuaðila fyrir kælingartækni. Ef kælirinn bilar, þá er lokið kælikerfið lokað fyrir viðgerðir sem leiða til þess að rekstur brewerijen missi. Þess vegna er ráðlegt að búa til brewery með að minnsta kosti tveimur sjálfstæðum kælikerfum sem eru studdar saman.
A good and inexpensive solution of described disadvantages is the backup of cooling by alternative cooling system, consisting of independent liquid cooling units with integrated condenser. This modular solution is used in our microbreweries BREWORX MODULO.
