Koeling van de brouwerij met water / glycol-koeler a met de gescheiden condensor
Glycol koeleenheden Worden gebruikt in onze microbrouwerijen voor duplicator koeling van geïsoleerde vaten met twee mantels in de lagerkelder en de belangrijkste fermentatie vaten. Verder wordt glycol gebruikt voor het afkoelen van de wort in de tweede fase in brouwerijen met een 2-fase plaatwisselaar.
Voordelen van Split vloeibare koelers met een afgescheiden condensor
Een gescheiden condensor maakt de locatie buiten het gebouw mogelijk, waardoor de koeltrefficiënt wordt verhoogd (de verzamelde warmte wordt vrijgegeven aan de buitenomgeving en het interieur verhit niet) en voorkomt de oververhitting van de kamers in een microbrouwerij. Voorwaarde voor de effectieve omloop van de koelvloeistof is een goed geteld koelsysteem en wordt goed uitgevoerd door alle onderdelen van het systeem te verbinden.
Nadelen van een centrale koeling van microbakkerij
Het is echter nodig om het professionele koelbedrijf te bellen voor de installatie van het koelsysteem, omdat het systeem op deskundige wijze op de plaats moet worden gemonteerd. Meestal is het nodig om wat penetraties te buizen voor pijpen, montagebeugels voor koude buizen en suspensie condensatie-eenheid. Ten slotte moet u het koelsysteem met koelvloeistof drukken, wat niet mogelijk is zonder speciale apparatuur. Het is noodzakelijk om periodiek onderhoud te verzekeren met service specialist voor koeltechnologie. Bij afkoeling van de koeler wordt het volledige koelsysteem afgesloten voor reparaties, waardoor de werking van de brouwerij wordt verloren. Daarom is het raadzaam de brouwerij uit te rusten met minstens twee onafhankelijke koelsystemen die elkaar op elkaar opbouwen.
A good and inexpensive solution of described disadvantages is the backup of cooling by alternative cooling system, consisting of independent liquid cooling units with integrated condenser. This modular solution is used in our microbreweries BREWORX MODULO.
