Хлађење пиваре помоћу воде / гликол чилера а са одвојеним кондензатором
Јединице за хлађење гликола користе се у нашим микробовинама за хлађење дупликатора изолираних посуда са двокрилном конструкцијом у подруму лагер и главним посудама за ферментацију. Осим тога, гликол се користи за хлађење житарица у другој фази пиваре са измењивачем плоче КСНУМКС.
Предности разводних течности хладњака са одвојеним кондензатором
Одвојени кондензатор дозвољава његову локацију изван зграде, повећавајући ефикасност хлађења (прикупљена топлота се ослобађа спољашњем окружењу и унутрашњост се не загрева) и спречава прегревање соба у микро пивару. Предуслов за ефикасно циркулацију расхладног средства је исправно пребројан систем хлађења и правилно извршен повезивањем свих дијелова система.
Недостаци централног хлађења микро пиваре
Међутим, неопходно је назвати стручну компанију за хлађење за уградњу система за хлађење, јер се систем мора стручно саставити на лицу места. Обично је неопходно бушити продоре за цијеви, монтирати заграде за хладне цијеви и кондензациону јединицу за суспензију. На крају, потребно је притиснути систем хлађења хладњаком, што није могуће без посебне опреме. Неопходно је осигурати периодично одржавање специјалиста за услуге расхладне технологије. У случају квара хладњака комплетан систем расхладног система се искључује ради поправки што резултира губитком рада пиваре. Због тога је препоручљиво да пивовара опреми са најмање два независна система за хлађење која су подупчана једни друге.
A good and inexpensive solution of described disadvantages is the backup of cooling by alternative cooling system, consisting of independent liquid cooling units with integrated condenser. This modular solution is used in our microbreweries BREWORX MODULO.
