TO1 - tank fylling-drenering plate
TO1 - Tankens fyllingsdreneringsskive (Kombinert nedre innløpsmontering) er et utvidende tilbehør til de CCT-M modulære sylindriske koniske tankene. Denne monteringen inkluderer to rør med halsen TriClamp DN25-DN50 i henhold til volumet på tanken, som er sveiset på disken, montert på bunnen av den gjengede halsen på Grunntank:
- Produktrør - er ment for å fylle og tømme tanken med rent produkt som trekkes over overflaten av gjæren inne i tanken. Rørlengden kan stilles inn etter gjærnivå i tanken. Vi produserer TO11-montering i to varianter - utstyrt med fix eller variabelt produktrør.
- Avløpsrør - dette røret er sveiset inn i bunnen av TO1-beslaget, brukes til å tømme hele tankinnholdet (slam), eller for å tømme den brukte gjæren fra bunnen av tanken for videre bruk.
Montering TO1 er montert på en basistank i bunnen på den gjengede kontakten Dairy Coupler DN125 - DN150. Eventuelt kan vi levere basistanken og TO1-beslaget utstyrt med TriClamp DN125, DN150 eller DN200.

Du kan velge mellom to typer TO1 bunnfyllingsdreneringsplate: med fiksering av drikkevareinngang / utløpsrør (ikke-segmentert) eller med variabelt drikkeinngang / utløpsrør (segmentert).
Fest bunnfyllingsdreneringsplaten TO1FIX - røret for fylling og drenering av rent produkt har en fast lengde. Kunden kan tilpasse lengden på røret (for å kutte for å bli kortere) etter behov, i henhold til forventet gjærnivå i tanken. Standard tilbehør til settene A1, A2, A3, B1. Valgfritt tilbehør til B2-sett.
Variabel bunnfyllingsdreneringsplate TO1VAR - røret for fylling og drenering av rent produkt har variabel lengde fordi det er segmentert. Kunden kan tilpasse lengden på røret uten å skjære bare ved å legge segmenter til skiven, i henhold til gjærnivået i tanken. Standard tilbehør del av B2 sett. Valgfritt tilbehør til settene A1, A2, A3, B1.
Ved å velge antall segmenter av produktet, kan rør utnyttes maksimalt med maksimal kapasitet på produktet basert på gjeldende mengde gjær i tanken. Dette reduserer tap av drikkevarer som forekommer i andre tanker med konvensjonelle konsepter (fordi det aldri er mulig å få en drikke under øvre produktrøret hals).
