Hot water tank (HWT) is an equipment designed to store and when necessary reheating and pumping of hot water.

The brewery gets hot water mainly from the heat recuperation during cooling the wort in the plate exchanger DV1.

Furthermore, it is possible to obtain more hot water while using a condenser of secondary steam during heat recuperation of secondary steam generated during brewing the mash and the wort (optional brewery). In this case, the brewery adds secundary reservoir of hot water.

如果沒有足夠的熱水，或者水箱中的熱水在長時間休息期間冷卻下來，則可以通過傳熱流體（乙二醇/蒸汽）流過熱交換器來加熱水，該熱交換器集成在容器的底部。

注意： BREWORX LiteME 和 Lite WC 啤酒廠沒有冰水箱。麥芽汁的冷卻通過兩級板式換熱器進行，先使用自來水，然後使用乙二醇。

The pressure of hot water in the pipe system is provided with waterworks, which is also part of our supplied breweries. The waterworks may be replaced by a special pump, providing the same function.

There is necessary to have enough of drinking hot water available during beer brewing process. Hot water is used for mixing malt mash in water in start brewing of wort, for showering of wort during the wort filtering process, for cleaning and sanitizing of the brewhouse and other vessels etc. The hot water tank HWT-10000 (boiler) is equipped with a pumping unit. It is designed for storage of 10.000 liters preheated water from the first cooling stage and following heating up to 80°C.
