TO1 – 油箱加注排水盘
TO1 – 油箱加注排水盘 （组合式下进出水接头）是CCT-M模块化圆柱圆锥罐的扩展配件。 该配件包括两根管子，根据罐体的体积采用 TriClamp DN25-DN50 喉管，这些管子焊接到圆盘上，安装在油箱螺纹颈部的底部 基本战车:
- 产品管 – 用于填充和清空罐中的纯产品，该产品是在罐内酵母表面上抽吸的。 管道长度可根据罐内酵母液位设置。 我们生产两种型号的 TO11 接头 - 配备固定或可变产品管道。
- 排水管——该管焊接在 TO1 配件的底部，用于排出整个罐内的内容物（污泥），或从罐底部排出用过的酵母以供进一步使用。
接头 TO1 安装在螺纹连接器 Dairy Coupler DN125 – DN150 底部的基本罐上。 我们可以选择提供配备 TriClamp DN1、DN125 或 DN150 的基本罐和 TO200 接头。
带固定或可变产品管的底罐充排盘
您可以选择两种类型的 TO1 底部灌装排水盘：带有固定饮料输入/输出管（非分段）或带有可变饮料输入/输出管（分段）。
固定底部充排盘 TO1FIX – 纯产品的灌装和排放管道具有固定长度。 客户可以根据需要根据罐中酵母液位的预期高度定制管道的长度（剪短）。 A1、A2、A3、B1套标配件。 B2套装的可选配件。
变底排液盘 TO1VAR – 用于填充和排放纯产品的管道由于是分段的，因此长度可变。 客户可以根据罐中酵母液位的实际高度，在不切割的情况下定制管道的长度，只需在圆盘上添加段即可。 B2 套装的标准配件。 A1、A2、A3、B1套可选配件。
通过选择产品管道的段数，可以根据罐中当前的酵母量优化利用产品的最大容量。 这减少了使用传统概念的其他罐中发生的饮料损失（因为永远不可能在上产品管道喉部下方获得饮料）。
