ITWT – 冰处理水箱

Equipment for the preparation of treated drinking water to cooling of wort

ZLV-001 冷水系统-280x143An ice water tank (IWT) is used for the preparation of ice water (with cooling glycol units and a plate heat exchanger DE2 ) and its preservation until the entire contents of the container is used for cooling the wort to fermentation temperature (using a plate heat exchanger DE1) .

通过冰水通过板式换热器DE1，来自热麦汁的热量被排出，然后冰水变成热水，然后储存在热水箱中。

冰水箱是一个装有外置液位指示器、温度计和冰水泵的绝缘圆柱形容器。

 

简单类型的啤酒厂（Lite 和可选的其他啤酒厂）配备两级板式换热器来冷却麦芽汁，不使用 IWT。

请注意： 酿酒厂 LiteME 没有配备冰水箱。 （麦汁冷却由两级板式换热器与冷自来水提供，随后由乙二醇冷却）。

二、 酿造过程中冷却罐的系统 – ICWT
