Equipment for the preparation of treated drinking water to cooling of wort
An ice water tank (IWT) is used for the preparation of ice water (with cooling glycol units and a plate heat exchanger DE2 ) and its preservation until the entire contents of the container is used for cooling the wort to fermentation temperature (using a plate heat exchanger DE1) .

二. 釀造過程中冷卻罐的系統 – ICWT
啤酒廠還有第二個使用冷卻水的系統——水箱冷卻系統。 該冷卻系統使用水來冷卻帶有復印機的發酵罐、熟化罐、鮮啤酒罐和生啤酒罐。 通常在冷卻水中添加乙二醇，將水溫降低到0℃以下。 因此，儲存含有乙二醇的水的罐體被稱為“乙二醇儲罐”。 我們將這些容器命名為“ICWT – 冰冷卻水箱“。
