Pasteurization õlu on jookide lühike temperatuuri tõus temperatuuril, mis põhjustab spoorimist põhjustavate patogeensete, kuid ka inimese keha kasulike organismide hävitamist. Õlle voolav pastöriseerimine

Õlu juhitakse alates Sisselaskeava kõrgsurvepumba abil küllastussankrisse. See paak on täidetud süsinikdioksiidiga (CO2) ja sellel on pidev pidev rõhk 7-10 baari. Pudelid saadetakse spetsiaalsete kaudu Isoleeritud tunneli konveier kus nad on Kuuma veega leotatud Kolmes sagedusribas (eelsoojendustsoon, pastöriseerimistsoon ja jahutustsoon). Konveierilindi all on veekeetjad. Eelkuumutamise ja jahutamise ajal sooritatakse soojust. Küte võib olla elektriline või aur. Konveieri tunneli kiirus on reguleeritav, automaatselt säilib pastöriseerimise temperatuur.
