분리 된 응축기로 물 / 글리콜 칠러 a에 의한 양조장 냉각
글리콜 냉각 장치 라거 지하 저장실 및 주요 발효 용기에 2 개의 재킷이 달린 단열 용기의 복사기 냉각을 위해 우리의 양조장에서 사용됩니다. 또한 글리콜은 2- 단계 플레이트 교환기를 사용하여 양조장의 두 번째 단계에서 우물의 냉각에 사용됩니다.
콘덴서가 분리 된 분할 액 냉각기의 장점
분리 된 응축기는 건물 밖의 위치를 허용하여 냉각 효율을 높입니다 (수집 된 열은 외부 환경으로 방출되고 실내는 가열되지 않습니다). 그리고 미장센의 객실 과열을 방지합니다. 냉각수의 효과적인 순환을위한 사전 조건은 적절하게 계산 된 냉각 시스템이며 시스템의 모든 부분을 연결하여 적절하게 수행됩니다.
미장 공사의 중앙 냉각의 단점
그러나 시스템을 전문적으로 현장에서 조립해야하기 때문에 냉각 시스템 설치를 위해 전문 냉동 회사에 전화해야합니다. 일반적으로 파이프 용 관통 부, 냉 파이프 용 장착 브래킷 및 서스펜션 응축 장치를 드릴로 드릴해야합니다. 마지막으로 특수 장비 없이는 냉각 시스템을 냉각제로 가압해야합니다. 냉동 기술에 대한 서비스 전문가와 정기적 인 유지 보수가 필요합니다. 냉각기가 고장 나는 경우 수리를 위해 완전한 냉장 시스템이 종료되어 양조장의 작동이 중단됩니다. 따라서 양조장을 서로 백업 된 적어도 두 개의 독립적 인 냉각 시스템으로 장비하는 것이 좋습니다.
A good and inexpensive solution of described disadvantages is the backup of cooling by alternative cooling system, consisting of independent liquid cooling units with integrated condenser. This modular solution is used in our microbreweries BREWORX MODULO.
