De lijnen worden meestal uit meerdere blokken samengesteld. Klant kan de flesvulijn kiezen uit meer varianten. De assemblageblokken omvatten roltransporteurs, flessenladers en flesverzamelaars, verpakkingsmachines en andere uitrusting voor het vervoer en hanteren van flessen. Het niveau van automatisering en arbeidsrelatie met flessen hangt af van de financiële mogelijkheden van de klant en de beschikbare ruimte in de brouwerij.
