De meeste bewerkingen worden automatisch uitgevoerd, een menselijke operator installeert alleen de lege fles handmatig in de machine en geeft dan de volle fles in de retailverpakking.

Semi-automatic or fully-automatic eight-head filling machine for one format of glass bottles with the filling capacity up to 1800-2200 bottles per hour. We offer this machine as a semi-automatic (in the basic version) or a fully-automatic (in the completelly equipped version) bottle filling system with fully automatic bottle rinser, depaletizer and the bottle capping unit (but the crown caps are always inserted manually into the machine). These machines are made for 1 bottle format (usually 0.33L). The format of the bottles is defined by a customer when the machine is ordered. Volautomatische 6-kops tegendrukvulmachine voor glazen flessen met een vulcapaciteit tot 1800-2200 flessen per uur. Wij bieden deze machine uitsluitend aan in een volautomatische uitvoering. Flessen worden altijd automatisch in de machine geladen vanaf een transportband, een etiketteermachine of een depaletizer. Mogelijk is hier de volautomatische spoelmachine te plaatsen, die de flessen spoelt voordat ze worden gevuld.
