Stikstofgenerator - inert gas voor bier bijna gratis

Stikstofgeneratoren voor brouwerijenDe behoefte aan onafhankelijkheid van leveranciers van industriële gassen leidt tot een zoektocht naar andere dan traditionele oplossingen. Kleine brouwerijen moeten drukgas kooldioxide kopen van verkopers, wat de kosten voor het maken van bier verhoogt. Grote brouwerijen verzamelen de kooldioxide die tijdens de primaire gisting wordt geproduceerd als afvalproduct van bier in cilindrisch-conische tanks.

For small breweries the technology to capture CO2  would be too expensive. But not on the production of nitrogen. Everyone can make their own push gas nitrogen in the microbrewery with minimal cost, using the nitrogen generator.

Het gebruik van stikstof in brouwerijen

Nitrogen is used in breweries for pushing beer, either pure (when extrude suddenly the entire contents of the container), or as a mixture with CO2 under the name BIOGON (when extrude beer from the vessel gradually over a longer period – beer stored in bright beer tanks).

Langdurig contact van bier met stikstof zorgt voor een afname van het CO2-gehalte in bier - bier wordt onverzadigd. Daarentegen verzadigt een langere blootstelling aan CO2 bier.
