A 手动控制酿酒厂, 带有基本控制和传感元件的简单按钮控制面板。 手动调整的管道路线、电机和泵的切换、温度和时间都由酿酒商监控。

- 锅炉电机——变频调速,步进可调

- 麦芽汁泵——变频调速,步进可调速
- 锅炉温度-显示,控制-步进可调(预设温度启动糖化室加热,如果工作温度低于设定值)
- 热交换器后的麦汁温度 - 显示
控制面板外显示的数量:
- 搅拌机内注水温度——显示温度计,混合冷热水用手动阀处理,搅拌机
- 热水箱(锅炉)内的水温
- 冰水罐中的水温
- 二次蒸汽冷凝器中的水/蒸汽温度(指针温度计)
- 热水箱中的液位(外玻璃管液位计)
- 冰水箱内液位(外玻璃管液位计)
- 热水浴缸中的液位(外玻璃管液位计)
- 作品、麦芽汁、新鲜麦芽汁的雾霾——通过视镜
- 补水累计流量——机械流量计带显示流水
自动控制:
- 乙二醇加热器加热取决于水壶和锅炉(酿酒厂的控制面板)的温度:
- 乙二醇加热器的加热能力
- 乙二醇加热器的泵
- 乙二醇加热器的三通阀
- 乙二醇加热器片
手动控制:
- 除了酿酒厂的加热之外的所有阻尼器和阀门 - 管道路线的手动设置
- 提升装置的行程 – 步进可调 – 气动控制或机械控制
- 烟囱阻尼器的控制——襟翼杆
- 散布麦芽 – 用手从袋子中通过检查门
- 啤酒花的传播 - 用手从袋子通过检查门
- 监控时间——带铃铛的“厨房”时钟(它不会打开或关闭任何东西)

- 没有数据
用于发酵和成熟过程的手动(逐步)控制系统
所有发酵罐、熟化罐、服务罐、生啤酒罐、酵母储罐等的温度均使用简单的 PLC 温度调节器进行控制。 酿酒商在数字温度调节器上手动设置每个罐中所需的温度。 然后,PLC 调节器自动将储罐冷却至所需温度,并将温度保持在下一个需要更改的温度。
我们为罐中的手动温度控制系统提供两种系统:
1、直接罐温控制系统
本地 PLC 温度调节器安装在每个储罐上。 具有多个冷却区的储罐具有更多的 PLC 调节器。
