NIG - typpigeneraattorit

Typpigeneraattori - inertti push-kaasu olutta varten melkein ilmaiseksi

Panimoiden typpigeneraattoritTarve itsenäisyydelle teollisuuskaasujen toimittajista johtaa muiden kuin perinteisten ratkaisujen etsimiseen. Pienten panimoiden on ostettava toimittajilta push-kaasuhiilidioksidia, mikä lisää oluen valmistuskustannuksia. Suuret panimot keräävät ensikäymisen aikana syntyvän hiilidioksidin oluen jätteeksi sylinterimäis-kartiomaisiin säiliöihin.

For small breweries the technology to capture CO2  would be too expensive. But not on the production of nitrogen. Everyone can make their own push gas nitrogen in the microbrewery with minimal cost, using the nitrogen generator.

Typpigeneraattori - järjestelmäNitrogen generators operate on the principle of separation of nitrogen molecules from the compressed air using special membranes made of nanotechnology.

Typen käyttö panimoissa

Nitrogen is used in breweries for pushing beer, either pure (when extrude suddenly the entire contents of the container), or as a mixture with CO2 under the name BIOGON (when extrude beer from the vessel gradually over a longer period – beer stored in bright beer tanks).

Oluen pitkäaikainen kosketus typen kanssa vähentää oluen hiilidioksidipitoisuuden vähenemistä - olut muuttuu tyydyttymättömäksi. Sitä vastoin pidempi CO2-altistus kyllästää olutta.
