Fruitwassers en crushers voor de productie van cider

Onze cider huizen (productielijnen voor de cider) CiderLine zijn uitgerust met apparaten voor het wassen en verpletteren van het fruit voordat het moet drukken.

I. Fruitwasmachines

Fruit washers are used in large volumes of must production from which the cider is produced by the process of fermentation. Fruit washers are optional equipment for smaller cider houses, because it is assumed that the fruit of smaller production can be washed by hand or by less expensive devices.

II. Fruitbrekers

Tijdens de ciderproductie worden fruitbrekers gebruikt om appels, peren of ander fruit in kleine stukjes te verpletteren, waarna de pers het vruchtensap samendrukt. Dit is het startende tussenproduct voor de productie van cider.
