De CFS CC1Z komplette gjæringssett Er forhåndsdefinerte sett som inkluderer alt som er nødvendig for gjæring, modning og lagring av øl, cider, vin eller lignende alkoholholdige drikkevarer. De er utstyrt med flere klassiske Sylindrisk-koniske tanker, ett Kompakt flytende kjøler og Sentralskaps temperaturmålings- og reguleringssystem med separat digital regulator for hver tank. Alle digitale temperaturregulatorer er plassert i sentralskapet på veggen.
Sentralskapsstyring + Enkelkjølesone (eller to avhengige tilkoblede soner) på hver tank.

Det komplette ølfermenteringssettet. Dette settet inneholder alt utstyr som er nødvendig for profesjonell produksjon av øl ved bruk av gjærings- og modningsprosessen fra wort produsert før av brewhouse. Dette settet er også designet for produksjon av cider fra frukt eller karbonert vin.
Montering av settet er veldig enkelt. Installasjonen krever ikke noen profesjonelle arbeidere - det er bare nødvendig tilstrekkelig håndteringsutstyr for flytting og montering av tunge beholdere (Sylindrisk-koniske fermentorer) På plass etter levering av settet.
