BASIC CUSTOMER BEVERAGE PRODUCTION PROJECT CONSULTING AND ANALYSIS
The service includes:
I. Basic expert consultation of the brewery (or ciderhouse) customer project . Visit the customer by our expert :
- Personal visit customer by our brewery specialist
- Obtaining input informations from customers – structured list of requirements, intentions, plans and possibilities of the customer
- Inspection of building space, dedicated for an installation of the production technology (brewery / cider house) + measuring of the space
- Assessing the suitability of the building to the customer’s intention of beverage producing
- Basic consultation about the technical, structural, technological and economic aspects of the construction and operation of the brewery / cider house. Proposal for an appropriate solution and its options with regard to the facts found on the place
- Consultations on the proposed possible solutions and draft parameters of technology and equipment for a preparation of the quotation
II. within 1-2 weeks after returning from a customer
- Processing of the text offer and a the price quotation for the microbrewery / cider house
- Processing layout for the physical deployment of technology in a particular object
- Processing of basic economic analysis of the project – expected return on investments, operating expenses, operating income, operating profits. The prerequisite is the delivery of the required input information from the customer in the desired time.
If the customer decide to implement offered brewery or cider house, the price of this consulting services will excluded from the price of a technological project.
Pricing of consulting services:
- BCS-1: BASIC CONSULTATION OF PLANED BREWERY / CIDER HOUSE with a production capacity of up to 1,000 hl per year … 300 EUR + transport cost 0.3 EUR per km (or air-ticket & accomodation price)
- BCS-2: BASIC CONSULTATION OF PLANED BREWERY / CIDER HOUSE with a production capacity of up to 5,000 hl per year … 400 EUR + transport cost 0.3 EUR per km (or air-ticket & accomodation price)
- BCS-2: BASIC CONSULTATION OF PLANED BREWERY / CIDER HOUSE with a production capacity of up to 10,000 hl per year … 500 EUR + transport cost 0.3 EUR per km (or air-ticket & accomodation price)
- BCS-5: BASIC CONSULTATION OF PLANED BREWERY / CIDER HOUSE with a production capacity of more than 10,000 hl per year … 600 EUR + transport cost 0.3 EUR per km (or air-ticket & accomodation price)
Note: Transport costs are calculated as road transport from Opava to the customer and back. When time spent on the road and staying at the customer are longer than 18 hours, is added 100 EUR per day surcharge.
