TO1 – tank filling-draining disc
TO1 – The tank filling-draining disc (Combined lower inlet-outlet fitting) is an expanding accessories of the CCT-M modular cylindrical-conical tanks. This fitting includes two pipes with throats TriClamp DN25-DN50 according to the volume of the tank, which are welded to the disk, mounted on the bottom of the threaded neck of the basic tank:
- Product pipe – is intended for filling and emptying the tank with pure product which is drawn over the surface of yeast inside the tank. The pipe length can be set according to level of yeast in the tank. We produce TO11 fitting in two variants – equipped with fix or variable product pipe.
- Drain pipe – this tube is welded into the bottom of the TO1 fitting, is used to drain the entire tank contents (sludge), or to drain the used yeast from the bottom of the tank for further use.
Fitting TO1 is mounted on a basic tank in the bottom on the threaded connector Dairy Coupler DN125 – DN150. Optionally we can deliver the basic tank and the TO1 fitting equipped with TriClamp DN125, DN150 or DN200.
Bottom tank filling-draining disc with fix or variable product pipe
You can choose between two types of TO1 bottom filling-draining disc : with fix beverage input/output pipe (non-segmented) or with variable beverage input/output pipe (segmented).
Fix bottom filling-draining disc TO1FIX – the pipe for filling and draining of pure product has a fix length. Customer may customize the length of the pipe (to cut to be shorter) as is needed, according of expected height yeast level in the tank. Standard accessory of A1, A2, A3, B1 sets. Optional accessory of B2 set.
Variable bottom filling-draining disc TO1VAR – the pipe for filling and draining of pure product has a variable length because it is segmented. Customer may customize the length of the pipe without cutting only by adding segments to the disc, according of actual height yeast level in the tank. Standard accessory part of B2 set. Optional accessory of A1, A2, A3, B1 sets.
By selecting the number of segments of the product pipes can be optimally utilize the maximum capacity of the product based on the current amount of yeast in the tank. This reduces the loss of beverages that occur in other tanks with conventional concepts (because there is never possible to get a beverage under the upper product pipe throat).

MTA additional armatures are optional accessories for equipping of the basic tanks. The required configuration of the modular tanks is reached by equipping the basic tank with appropriate combination of additional armatures.
