Kylning av bryggeriet med vatten / glykol kylare a med den separerade kondensorn
Glykolkylaenheter Används i våra mikrobryggorier för duplikatorkylning av isolerade kärl med tvåmantlad konstruktion i lagerkällan och de huvudsakliga jäsningskärlen. Vidare används glykol för kylning av öronen i andra steget i bryggerier med en 2-plattplattbytare.
Fördelar med Split flytande kylare med en separat kondensor
En separerad kondensor möjliggör sin plats utanför byggnaden, vilket ökar kylningseffektiviteten (uppsamlad värme släpps ut i omgivningens omgivningar och inredningen värmer inte upp) och förhindrar överhettning av rum i en mikrobryggeri. Förutsättning för effektiv kylning av kylvätskan är ett korrekt räknat kylsystem och genomförs korrekt genom att ansluta alla delar av systemet.

Det är dock nödvändigt att ringa det professionella kylföretaget för installation av kylsystemet, eftersom systemet måste vara expertmonterat på plats. Vanligtvis är det nödvändigt att borra några penetreringar för rör, monteringsfästen för kallrör och suspensionskondenseringsenhet. Slutligen måste du trycka på kylsystemet med kylvätska, vilket inte är möjligt utan specialutrustning. Det är nödvändigt att säkerställa periodiskt underhåll med servicespecialisten för kylteknik. Vid kylproblemet stängs hela kylsystemet för reparationer vilket leder till att bryggan inte går att fungera. Därför är det lämpligt att utrusta bryggeriet med minst två oberoende kylsystem som backas upp varandra.
A good and inexpensive solution of described disadvantages is the backup of cooling by alternative cooling system, consisting of independent liquid cooling units with integrated condenser. This modular solution is used in our microbreweries BREWORX MODULO.
