Resfriamento da cervejaria por água / refrigerador de glicol a com o condensador separado
Unidades de resfriamento de glicol são usados em nossas microcervejarias para refrigeração por duplicadores de vasos isolados com construção de dois revestimentos na adega da cervejaria e os principais vasos de fermentação. Além disso, o glicol é usado para o resfriamento do mosto na segunda etapa em cervejarias com um trocador de placas de estágio 2.
Benefícios de refrigeradores de líquido divididos com um condensador separado
Um condensador separado permite a sua localização fora do edifício, aumentando a eficiência de resfriamento (o calor coletado é liberado para o ambiente externo e o interior não aquece) e evita o superaquecimento dos quartos em uma microbradeira. O pré-requisito para a circulação efetiva do refrigerante é um sistema de refrigeração devidamente contado e realizado corretamente conectando todas as partes do sistema.
Desvantagens de um resfriamento central da microbradeira
No entanto, é necessário chamar a empresa de refrigeração profissional para a instalação do sistema de refrigeração porque o sistema deve ser montado habilmente no local. Normalmente, é necessário perfurar algumas penetrações para tubos, suportes de montagem para tubos frios e unidade de condensação de suspensão. Finalmente, você precisa pressionar o sistema de refrigeração com refrigerante, o que não é possível sem equipamento especial.
