A typical feature of microbrewery BREWORX Classic is a two-vessel brewhouse, which is integrated into the frame with mash tun, lauter tun and whirlpool, wort cooler, laboratory sink and Control Panel. The brewhouse is available in stainless steel design and simple functionally design features. The view of the brewhouse in this design will be appreciated by the technically minded guests of the restaurant and also by staff in the brewery which will have less work with daily cleaning of stainless surface.

Brewhouse can be supplied also in luxury design, where the jacket, hats and steamers of the brewhouse are in copper combined with brass, and under the covers valves, pumps and other non aesthetic technology are hidden. An aesthetic part of the brewhouse will find its place in world class restaurants where it can correspond with luxury design of other equipment.

Construction of the brewhouse BREWORX Classic allows production of all known types of beers by Czech and foreign recipes, from traditional ingredients (malt, hops, water and yeast), by an infusion and decoction method. If necessary, it is possible to prepare the wort in the brewhouse from concentrate (like in Brewhouses LiteME and LiteWC). Unlike most foreign products our brewhouse is optimized for the production of high-quality bottom-fermented lager beer (pilsner type), or it can be used for brewing any other top-fermented beers.

The volume of the daily brewhouse production is 2 batches in 24 hours if brewing bottom-fermenting lager by decoction method, or up to 3 batches in 24 hours if brewing top fermented beers by infusion method.

Three variants of micro breweries BREWORX CLASSIC – different fermentation methods

We produce minibreweries BREWORX CLASSIC in three variants of the main fermentation and arrangement of the tank storage.

Closed fermentationMicrobreweries BREWORX CLASSIC CF

Fermentation and maturation in sealed cylindrical-conical tanks is an effective and modern way of producing beer, which is highly resistant to contamination of fermenting beverages with unwanted organisms. Precision control of the fermentation and maturation leads to permanent results of constant quality and sensory characteristics of the beer. This scheme of brewery is particularly suitable for the production of top-fermented beers, but it is possible to produce all types of bottom-fermented beer too.

Open fermentationMicrobreweries BREWORX CLASSIC OF

Fermentation and maturation in open fermentation vats is the traditional way of producing beer, especially for the typical bottom-fermented Czech type of beer . This allows collection of quilts during the fermentation. A fascinating look at many forms and colors of the yeast foam will be appreciated by guests on excursions to the brewery. This scheme of brewery is suitable only for the production of bottom-fermented beers. Production of top fermented beer in open fermentation vats is quite demanding and is therefore not recommended .

Open and closed fermentationMicrobreweries BREWORX CLASSIC OCF

The combined solution enables production of bottom and top-fermented beer. Minibrewerie contains of open fermentation tubs (optimal for the traditional method of bottom-fermented beers) and cylindro-conical tanks (particularly suitable for the production of top fermented beers). Beer maturation takes place in lager tanks, or it is possible to use instead of lager tanks other cylindro-conical tanks for maturation process. The solution particularly suitable for restaurant minibreweries where the brewer plans to manufacture both bottom and top fermented beers .
